Good day for Byrd
Tuesday was a great day to be a Byrd Yellow Jacket.
The school's softball team went on the road and won at Airline, 6-1. It was a lot closer than the score with Airline having base runners in every inning except the seventh.
Then in the nightcap, the baseball team rallied from six runs down to score seven times in the final two innings for a 7-6 win over 18th-ranked Arkansas High.
Yep, it was a good day for the Yellow Jackets.

It was a great day for Byrd. Softball team is rolling toward a district championship and baseball is showing great strides against top notch team.
