Becoming apparent

If it wasn't apparent before today, then it should be now - Byrd has the best softball team in the city.

Byd beat Shreve, 9-3, today. That gives the Jackets win over both Airline and Shreve, the two teams thought to contend with Byrd this year in District 1-5A.

The greater question may be how will Byrd do in the playoffs next month?

That seems to be the bigger issue at the moment.
