Busy times in prep land

Here in prep sports land, we have one more week of the most serious overlapped schedules of the year.

Girls basketball wrapped up, leaving only the boys Top 28 in Lafayette for prep hoopsters. Baseball and softball are still heavy into tournament season while track and field cranked up this past weekend.

Throw in golf and tennis matches throughout the week -- weather permitting of course -- and it makes it a very good, if busy, time to be a prep sports fan.
