Huntington-Fair Park becoming quite a basketball rivalry

The Huntington Raiders and the Fair Park Indians have had quite a rivalry on the basketball this season.

The teams have played five times with Fair Park winning three of them. Huntington won the latest matchup 54-49 Tuesday night and most of the games have been fairly close.

The teams have one more chance to meet and that would come in the finals of the Bossier Invitational on Saturday night at Bossier High School.

After that, they will go their separate ways with mostly district games on the schedule -- Huntington in District 1-5A and Fair Park in 1-3A.

So if they play Saturday my advice is get there early or you may not get a seat. In fact, if the tournament's past history is any indication, you may not even get in.
